Unbelievable service
I had to leave a review because the service by the Washi Scissor company is unbelievable. From online purchase to receiving the shears to using them. Washi has been available to help with all concerns and questions and have acted very professionally and have gone above and beyond to make sure they are putting out a good product to happy stylists! I can’t speak too much to the product itself because I have only just started to use Washi products, but the feel of this set of shears is very natural and they have a good balance to them weight wise. I personally like light and sharp. This is an amazing company to deal with!
