Service features Washi's Anti Push Edge Work to keep the hair sliding down the blade. Service includes alignment, small repairs such as bumper replacement and balancing of the blades with the proper tension. Sharpening by unauthorized companies will void your Washi lifetime warranty. * If you are choosing an expedited shipping option and sending more than one shear at the same time for service, please do the following to avoid a duplicate shipping charge:
1. Add to cart 1 sharpening service with the expedited shipping option selected for your first shear
2. Add to cart 1 sharpening service with the free shipping option for the second shear
3. If you have more shears to send, please follow step 2 again. (You only need to pay for expedited shipping option once, for every other shear, please select the free shipping option)
You only need to include one sharpening form for all of your shears.

Smooth Cut again
My shears and thinning shears cut so smoothly once again. This company did just a nice job on my shears years ago and also just recently as well. Will keep using this company for as long as I'm still doing hair. Very fast service too. Thanks Jeannie:)

I sent a pair of shears and a thinning shears. They finished them quickly, did an excellent job and even replaced the rose embellishment on my thinning shears that had fallen off and got lost. Very nice company to work with.

I was nervous sending my shears away, I only had 1 week off so I sent it on day 1 and got them back on day 5. There was a little mix up between the to and from stickers, but Washi quickly fixed the issue after I emailed them and exceeded my expectations. They fixed their part and restored 2 pair of shears back to factory new blades. Polished, sharpened, adjusted and balanced, even replaced the finger gaps to matching colors. (This is the only shear company will ever buy from)

Crazy fast service!
I sent my shears out for sharpening on a late Friday afternoon and had them back by the middle of the next week. They came back in perfect condition, packed safely, and honestly cutting better than I did when I first ordered them. Super happy with this!

Loving my shears
I sent my shears but the address was wrong so they got sent back to the factory I was upset just anxious to use my shears I called spoke to a very very nice man and they expressed my shears so I finally got to use them and it's as if they are brand new the cut is very clean and smooth I love my shears!

I have been using washi shears for overs 7 years now. I am A busy stylist booked 4 weeks out and work 8-10 hours a day for 5 days a week. I could conveniently let the guy who comes to my salon sharpen my shears so I wouldn't have to send them off to washi, but I choose Washi because their service is very reliable and I don't have to worry about my shears being all out of balance when I get them back. Plus, they offer a lifetime warranty on their products. Love their service!
