TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
ORDERING
Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. All orders must be prepaid by credit card or PayPal (Orders paid via PayPal e-checks will be held until PayPal advises your funds have been received). We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to unverified PayPal accounts or those shipped to a third party. On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a credit card verification.
SHIPPING
THE INFORMATION BELOW IS ESTIMATED AND IS NOT GUARANTEED AS THE MAIL CARRIER MAY EXPERIENCE UNEXPECTED DELAYS. Lost or delyaed packages must be claimed through USPS and will be replaced at the discretion of Washi Scissor Company. International customers, please note that your country may impose a duty on your package in accordance with the local laws. Please check with your local postal services for more information.

Most orders are processed and shipped by 4PM EST on the same business day. If the order is received after 4PM EST, on a weekend or holiday, or after business hours, it will be processed and shipped by 4PM EST on the following business day. Orders can be cancelled prior to their shipment. If the cancellation request is received after shipment, you will need to return the order to us following our Return and Exchange Policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Shears must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Damaged shears are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shears returned in like new condition within the 14-day period will receive a FULL REFUND LESS SHIPPING OR ANY MISSING ITEMS. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Returns or exchanges WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM. Please call or email us to receive a return authorization form and write the RA number on your envelope. If we are unable to read your Return Authorization Number on your envelope, your return will not be accepted.
If you are exchanging: Return only the shear you would like to exchange with the authorization form that you will receive from us. If the new shear is priced higher, please include a payment for the difference. We will issue a refund within 5 business days for the difference if the new shear is priced lower.
If you are returning for a refund: Return the shear along with everything included in the original package in order to avoid any deductions from your refund. Include the return authorization form that we will provide you. We will issue the refund within 5 business days after we receive your return.
USER AGREEMENT
Customers should purchase products from Washi Scissor Company with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion. Washi Scissor Company shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product. Washi Scissor Company reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website. The final amount of money due per order is always determined at checkout time, not during shopping cart selection.
