My husband purchased these for me as my first professional shear set and I absolutely love them. Precision cutting, quality VG10 Japanese steel, antipush edge (an added perk) and very elegant in design. I prefer not to use the finger inserts as my shear handling often pushes the thumb insert out when I flip my shears from wrist to ready position. The thinning shears design with its slightly curved teeth are an added bonus for blended thinning results no matter the client or hair type. I got t the 4 piece set with both shear sizes, the thinning shear and the texture razor. Money well invested. I love my Washi Shears!
